Lately I've been working on getting back into shape and losing weight in case I can wrestle this winter. I've been eating better (except for today where I had cookies for every meal) and working out quite a bit. This is my morning routine.
1. Jog around the block
2. Stretches
3. 3 sets of 10 8-count push-ups
4. 50 sit-ups
5. 50 lunge jumps
6. 100 squats
7. 50 bicep curls with weight
8. 3 sets of 10 lateral raises
9. 100 calf raises
10.50 dead lifts
